DripDrop Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Use “Manage billing” in account settings to open the Stripe Billing Portal and cancel, or email support@dripdropai.com. Cancel anytime before the 14-day trial ends to avoid the subscription charge.
Billing Availability
Stripe collects and processes your card at the start of the 14-day trial. No subscription charge is made until the trial ends, then $49/month renews automatically until canceled. The trial is available once per account. The 15% of Gross Profit fee is not charged yet; before it starts, we will give 30 days' email notice and itemized monthly statements, and it will never be charged without that notice.
15% of Gross Profit fee. This fee is not currently collected. If it is activated, we'll give you at least 30 days' email notice. Each charge will follow an itemized monthly statement showing the orders, revenue, costs and Gross Profit used. You may dispute any statement line within 30 days of the statement date by emailing support@dripdropai.com, and we'll pause collection of the disputed amount while we review it.
Subscription Fees
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by law.
- Performance fees are non-refundable except to correct calculation errors (including later buyer refunds, which are credited as described in the Terms).
- eBay, CJ Dropshipping, product, and shipping costs are charged by those third parties, not by us, and are not refundable by DripDrop. Buyer returns and refunds are between you, your buyer, eBay, and CJ.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law. EU/UK consumers: you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@dripdropai.com from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.

Please contact us first; we can often resolve issues faster than a dispute.
