DripDrop Disclaimers
DripDrop (dripdropai.com) is operated by 1A 2A, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
No Earnings Guarantee
DripDrop does not guarantee that you will make any money. Any examples, testimonials, or figures are not typical and are not a promise or prediction of your results. Most people who start online businesses earn little or nothing, and many lose money. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including product selection, competition, eBay policies and fees, supplier performance, shipping times, returns, market demand, and your own effort.
Not Affiliated with eBay or CJ Dropshipping
DripDrop is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. or CJ Dropshipping. eBay and CJ Dropshipping trademarks belong to their owners. Those platforms may change their APIs, fees, or policies, or suspend your account, at any time; we are not responsible for such actions.
Seller Responsibility and Compliance
You are the seller of record and are solely responsible for complying with eBay's policies (including its dropshipping policy), consumer protection laws (accurate listings, shipping times, returns, warranties), sales tax and income tax obligations, product safety and recall rules, and intellectual property laws. Using DripDrop does not guarantee compliance and does not protect your eBay account from restriction or suspension.
AI-Generated Content Must Be Reviewed
AI-generated listings and support replies can be inaccurate, misleading, or infringing. You must review all AI-generated listings for accuracy, safety claims, prohibited items, and IP before and while they are published.
Product and Supplier Disclaimer
We do not manufacture, inspect, store, or ship products and make no warranty about product quality, safety, legality, or delivery times. Supplier information is provided by CJ Dropshipping.
Not Professional Advice
Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals.
